High up on the dike are the Grimaud-type holiday homes. In striking pastel, aqua-terra shades, these semi-detached houses are the eye-catchers of the park.

The distinctive feature of this house (110m2) is that the living room with open kitchen is located on the first floor, giving most houses a beautiful view of the Westerschelde estuary.
The property has its own parking space. On the ground floor are the master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor and has a bath or shower. Most properties of the Grimaud type have a spacious south-facing roof terrace.
