House rules and Park regulations

The house rules and Park regulations form a whole with the "General Conditions" which apply to the contract between the lessor and lessee. Correct observance of the park regulations guarantees the safety of the lessee and other guests on the park. We therefore count on your cooperation, understanding and compliance.

Use of accommodation

  • The accommodations each have their own personal furnishings. It is not allowed to take furniture that belongs in the accommodation outside. (Garden) furniture and kitchen appliances may not be moved to other accommodations.
  • The tenant is obliged to keep the accommodation and its immediate surroundings in a neat and orderly condition. Waste should always be deposited in time in the appropriate containers or waste bins.
  • In the absence of the tenant, the thermostat is adjusted to 15 ℃ to avoid high energy costs. In case of excessive use of gas, water and electricity, the landlord reserves the right to pass on the extra costs of these to the tenant afterwards.
  • If the lessee is not present in or around the accommodation, all loose objects around the accommodation must be cleared away, stored and placed out of sight.
  • It is not permitted to place party tents and satellite dishes around the accommodation without the express written permission of the supervisor of the park.

Health, hygiene and maintenance

  • For reasons of hygiene and prevention of vermin, it is forbidden to leave any food in the park.
  • It is forbidden to pick flowers, pull branches or bushes or hammer nails into trees. Digging holes and damaging public greenery is also prohibited.
  • Urinating in public is not permitted.
  • Only water and toilet paper are allowed to be flushed down the toilet. Other matters must be disposed of in the provided waste bins.
  • In connection with necessary maintenance and/or cleaning of the rented property, the tenant will allow access to the accommodation without entitlement to compensation. Persons designated by the lessor must be allowed access to the hired accommodation at all times.
  • The tenant must leave the accommodation clean and tidy, i.e. the dishes have been washed, the bedding has been removed and folded, the kitchen and refrigerator have been cleaned and the rubbish bag has been placed in the container.
  • In case of improper use or improper abandonment, including but not limited to excessive soiling, of the accommodation, the lessee is responsible for any damage suffered and the lessor is entitled to charge additional costs.

(Night) peace and quiet and nuisance
Tenants of the park must behave correctly and refrain from doing anything that could reasonably cause offence or nuisance to the lessor or other lessees.

  • Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., the night's rest must be respected; this means, among other things, no loud conversations, music or any other noise.
  • It is not permitted to use music media, musical instruments and other objects that cause or could cause noise pollution in such a way as to cause a nuisance.
  • Public drunkenness is prohibited. It is not permitted to carry open bottles or cans of alcoholic beverages outside the accommodation, other than on the accompanying terrace.

Parking

  • Parking is to be provided in the designated areas.
  • Parking on the road and roadside greenbelts is not permitted.

Removal from the premises/denial of access
All tenants and co-tenants must strictly comply with the rules and regulations contained in the quotation, the General Conditions and the Park Regulations and must strictly follow the instructions of the lessor's staff in whatever form and in whatever context.
This also applies to the rules governing the use of the facilities on the Park. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions and rules or failure to follow the instructions of the personnel, the lessor is entitled to remove the tenants and fellow tenants from the park or have them removed, whereby further access to the park will be denied without the tenant being entitled to a full or partial refund or reduction of the rent paid or still to be paid, without prejudice to the right of the lessor to claim compensation for the damage caused by the breach.
In general, a warning will be given first. In urgent cases, at the lessor's discretion, this may be waived and there will be immediate removal and access to the park will be denied. In the event of removal, the tenant or fellow tenant must leave the accommodation and the park within 24 hours of the landlord receiving the notification.
