The Antibes has an area of 105 m² and a spacious terrace, overlooking the lake. Thanks to the clever circular arrangement of the villas, the open gardens still offer plenty of privacy. At the front, an attractive avenue of linden trees screens the view. 
The villa has its own parking space.

On the ground floor, you enter through the hall into the living room where a large conservatory has been built.
The villa has a wood-burning stove and a sauna with separate shower on the ground floor.
Upstairs are the bathroom and three bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and a second toilet.
